What homeowners ask before the work starts

Do they install bird spikes on roofs?
Yes. They install bird spikes to deter pigeons and gulls from landing, roosting and nesting on buildings.
What does their roof maintenance package include?
It includes a thorough visual roof inspection, gutter cleaning and basic repairs to small issues such as slipped slates.
Do they use rope access instead of scaffolding?
Yes, when it makes sense for the job. The company has roots in rope access, and its founder and several technicians are IRATA certified.
How do they clean gutters?
They clean gutters from gutter level rather than using vacuum cleaners, so they can see what they are scraping and inspect the gutters, downpipes, joinery, slates and brackets.
